Our balloons are designed to be enjoyed for as long as possible, but their lifespan can vary depending on weather conditions, handling and storage.Keeping your Floaty Pal away from sharp objects, rough surfaces and extreme temperatures will help it last longer. Our balloons on average, last around 3-5 days.

Yes! That’s what they’re made for.However, please take extra care in strong winds, very hot weather or extreme cold, as these conditions can affect the balloon.Always keep your Floaty Pal away from sharp objects such as bushes, fences and rough surfaces.

Floaty Pals are designed with children and families in mind.However, they are balloons rather than toys, so young children should always be supervised by a responsible adult.Please keep balloons away from small children who may put parts of the balloon or accessories in their mouth.

Yes!We can provide walking balloon animals for children’s parties and family celebrations.If you’d like Floaty Pals at your event, get in touch through our Contact page (here) and let us know your date, location and approximate number of balloons required.

For certain events, pre-orders may be available.Please contact us before the event and we’ll let you know what options are available.

We aim to accept cash and card payments, although payment options can vary depending on the event nd the signal for the card machine.If you’re unsure, just ask us when you visit our stall or send us a message and we can let you know.

Absolutely!We’ll have a selection of Floaty Pals available at our stall and you can choose your favourite, subject to availability.Just remember — some Floaty Pals might be more popular than others!

Of course!We have greater savings for the more you purchase.Perfect for siblings, friends, birthdays or anyone who simply can’t choose between their favourites!

Unfortunately, balloons will lose helium or become damaged over time.Once inflated we check the balloon for any leaks or damage. However when a balloon has left our stall, we can’t guarantee how long it will remain inflated, because this depends on how it is handled and the conditions it is kept in. We can't be responsible for any damages once it has left the stall.If you have a problem with your Floaty Pal, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.
